In 2002, the Creative Designers Craft Club was founded for the benefit of the House of Refuge East (HRE) in Mesa. This facility consists of 88 unfurnished houses, and shelters abused families with approximately 150 children.
Every Tuesday a group of about 20 Trilogy women gather to share their talents and love for crafting. The Creative Designers generate thousands of dollars to aid 100 adults and 150 children. In 2006 this group of dedicated women contributed $100,000, including in-kind donations to the House of Refuge East.
With the annual craft sales, and their angel tree project, they are able to provide monthly food baskets, monthly birthday bags, a children back-to-school shopping spree for clothes along with many other purchases, cooked meals and an enormous amount of love.
